We came here towards the tail-end of Saturday lunch, and ended up waiting for a bit over an hour. It's not one of those annoying waitlists where you have to just stand around though; they just take your number and notify you, so you're ok to just walk around Soho a bit more. Wish we had done this first thing when we got here! The pizza was well worth the wait! We got the tie-dye pizza, and it was really one of the best I've had in New York. It's not your typical crust; really thing, without too much of a chew, but resulting in a beautiful crisp. However, I've had pizza in the past where this type of crust is executed poorly, and it either truly tastes like a cracker, or the pizza is literally falling apart. This pizza had neither issue, with the dough still tasting like a pizza crust. The mozzarella also provided a lovely fresh creaminess in between bites. Not much to complain about at all, wonderful place!

Visited on a rainy afternoon just between lunch and dinner, and there was a 45 minute wait for one. I ended up sitting at the bar and the service there was great! The bartender was super helpful when I placed my order and even suggested I get a split pie to try more than one type of pizza. I ended up with a half tie dye and half supreme. While the tie dye is certainly good, the supreme really did reign supreme. While this pizza was good, I don't think I would do a 45+ minute wait for it again when there are so many amazing places in NYC to swing by for pizza.

Controversial, I know but this is my personal favorite NYC slice. The sweet and spicy honey pie is a must! They're known for their tye dye which is similar to a margherita topped with an aesthetic pesto swirl (made with pine nuts). It's best to get reservations but they take walk ins also. Service has always been fast and solid but I wish they would have been a little more attentive to the food allergy in our party this past visit.

Ordered the large tie dye pizza to go since we were curious to try the pizza from here but couldn't get a reservation. The crust is thin and each slice had a perfect balance of the vodka, tomato, and pesto sauce along with some fresh mozzarella so that it doesn't feel heavy. Normally my boyfriend and I couldn't finish a whole pie by ourselves but this pie was so good that we ate it all.

The pizza here is really good! It's extremely thin but has a nice crispy bottom. My family and I got four different flavors on two small pizzas (half on each pizza). Our absolute favorites were the meat lovers (called something else on the menu) and the Bianca. These are both incredible and we wished we would have just gotten two full pies of these flavors. The plain tomato one was fine. The sauce wasn't too sweet. The tie dye one was a disappointment. We got the pesto on the side, but it wasn't as good as the others. I did enjoy the vodka sauce flavor though!

Solid pizza, the Tie-Dye lives up to the hype! If you like a thin, crispy cracker-like crust, you'll love the pizza from here. I personally prefer a chewier thin crust, but I still really enjoyed the pizza. We got 1/2 Tie-Dye, 1/2 Rubirosa supreme on a 14" crust, which was filling enough for 2 people. The complimentary focaccia and house made olive oil was also fantastic. The dining area was cozy but roomy enough for nyc standards, and service was pretty fast too. We didn't get any drinks, so the whole meal was a little over $30 for 2, which is very affordable for what you get. **Highly recommend getting a res for no wait! Resy opens slots for each calendar day a week before the selected day at midnight.

Absolutely loved the meal I had here. In NYC, there's a ton of options being thrown at you, but this place is worth the hype. The service and food are 10/10. Highly highly highly recommend the Tye Dye pizza and eggplant parm. The sauce on both were out of this world. If you're into sweets, the dessert sampler is the way to go. We were told we had an hour and half wait, but it wound up being way less which was great. We went around the corner to grab a drink and received a text about 45 minutes later. I will 100% be back sooner than later.

Came here for a weekend lunch without a reservation. They told us the wait would be around 30-45 minutes for a table for 2 (we didn't want bar seating), but it ended up being only 20 minutes. We got the 14 inch half & half pizza with the tie dye and honey pie. I loved the tie dye - the pesto and mozzarella were delicious. The honey pie was good too, but a bit too salty for me. I'm used to folding my pizza slices, but it was a bit difficult to fold these slices as it would easily crack because of the thin crust. Regardless, the pizza was still very delicious. It did take a while for our pizza to come after we ordered. But I'm not complaining because the quality was definitely there. It was fresh, hot, and straight out of the oven. I would definitely come back for the tie dye pizza and to try some of the other flavors/dishes!

Finally got to try Rubirosa, got the tie dye and honey pig half/half. Place is extremely busy of course so don't be surprised at wait times or slightly slower times for orders. Pizza was delicious, the sauces were delicious. I would say the tie dye was especially good and would highly recommend. Definitely in contention for best pizza I've ever had
